What is MCP?
The Model Context Protocol (MCP) is an open standard that connects AI models to external systems — no middleware, no manual API integrations. HEINI uses MCP to communicate directly with your ERP, your shop system, your accounting software and other tools. The connector runs securely in your infrastructure: no data leaves your system unencrypted, no third party has access to your business data.

A2A is the next level of integration: HEINI agents communicate directly with agents from other companies — without any human layer in between. Orders, delivery status, compliance checks: everything runs M2M. This feature is in development and planned for 2027.
