An AI colleague is a specialised layer for an operational domain: accounting, sales, PIM, logistics. It prepares — it doesn't decide. Every relevant action requires your approval. An AI colleague is neither a generic chatbot nor an autonomous system.
HEINI keeps an eye on your business and speaks up on its own when something is due — a receipt has arrived, stock is running low, an invoice is open, a shipment is pending. It prepares a suggestion and brings it to you as a question: “Shall I …?”. Deciding and triggering stay with you. More independence only comes with your approval.
Yes. HEINI delivers your receipts sorted and assigned to where your accounting already runs — DATEV, Lexware, BuchhaltungsButler or Odoo. You don't switch systems. HEINI shows reports where the system provides them over an interface.
No. HEINI reads your ERP through open adapters — your ERP stays the system of record. If you cancel HEINI, your data is still in your ERP. No vendor lock-in.
Your operational data sits on a dedicated Hetzner server in Falkenstein, Germany — single-tenant, no shared infrastructure. DPA on request at /en/legal/dpa/. No third-country transfer for the website (Umami); for AI inference on the SaaS platform, EU sub-processors with US parent companies may apply per the DPA.
Susi walks you through six questions. The activated colleagues are then ready. For Basic and Finance plan a coffee break. Enterprise with custom connectors: 5–10 working days typically.
Susi conversations are unlimited and free. An action costs when a colleague actually does something: prepare a booking = 1 action, create a quote = 1 action, compute a BOM = 3 actions. The action catalogue is public in the API docs.
Yes. HEINI has a reviewer mode (read-only access for firms). Your accountant sees the audit trail, can comment and approve — without their own HEINI contract. DATEV export is included from Finance tier.
Enterprise tier: 150,000 actions, SSO, SLA, DPA, federation (multi-tenant bridges for subsidiaries), custom adapters, quarterly audit. From €12,900 / month. For special cases: personal demo on request.
No AI colleague performs an irreversible action without your explicit approval. Bookings, orders, hand-offs — all in draft state until you confirm. Approval-first is built in and audit-grade — it cannot be switched off by a setting.
