HEINI did not start as a pitch — it started in the day-to-day of SMEs: keep products running, keep people in contact, and build a system that grows with you instead of adding pressure.

The growing challenges — from compliance to ESPR —, new media landscapes and new sales channels led us to develop HEINI.

From the start, our CIM has been the centrepiece — we built PIM and BOM around it. In a company, products are the heart that keeps everything alive — while people are the soul of the business.

Today, people have more tasks: looking after their heart while staying in contact with people. The tech-stack zoo keeps growing — with every new legal and compliance requirement. Revenue cannot grow fast enough to keep up with all of it.

That is why we put our many years of experience into HEINI. We have all been Susi or a HEINI inside a company at some point — we know how work and business processes actually run. That experience and that knowledge went into advancing AI.

In the EU and in Germany, we have a legal landscape that lets us take HEINI out into the world — with the approval principle built in, product-passport preparation and data sovereignty with you. We made our own inventions for this; patent applications are filed with the DPMA (status: pending). HEINI is proprietary technology — and does justice to your company.
