Actions
An action is a process step with effect.
An action is created when an employee asks HEINI to do something and the result has effect: a quote prepared, an order captured, a document checked or a production hand-off prepared.
Everything HEINI does in the background is summarised. The employee should not have to think about the underlying technology.
More complex cases
Larger cases can count as multiple actions — for example BOM analyses, shipping planning or complex production hand-offs. This is shown transparently in the dashboard.

Automatic action extension In development
Auto-extend — only when you activate it.
When your allowance reaches 90 %, HEINI can automatically add an actions package. You activate the feature yourself and set a monthly hard cap.
How it works
- Default: off.
- Threshold: 90 %.
- Default size: Starter package.
- Hard cap: €360 net per month.
- Email after every extension.
Without activation, HEINI does not extend.
When the allowance is exhausted Planned for MMP rollout
HEINI slows down gently instead of blocking you.
If you do nothing, HEINI keeps working in quiet mode: approval-bound cases first. You are asked how to continue.
HEINI does not lock you out.
Multiple sites In development
One layer, several locations.
In the Enterprise plan you see per site what HEINI is doing — product data, orders, logistics and consumption. Sites share a common allowance, the admin sees everything together.

What is an action?
An action occurs when a colleague actually does something: prepare a booking, create a quote, place an order. Conversations with Susi are unlimited and free.
Why pay per task instead of per user?
Because you pay for results, not seats. Your team grows without the software cost growing with it.
Which colleagues are in the plan?
All of them. No module pyramid — every plan includes the full colleague team, PIM and HeiniBar included. Plans differ in action volume and feature depth.
Can I cancel monthly?
Yes. No minimum term, no setup fee. Your data stays in your ERP if you stop.
What does Enterprise cost?
On request — scope depends on sites, adapters and SLA. We clarify your requirements in the demo.
