Remaining external services and the scope of a local platform are agreed separately.
Action packs
More capacity when you need it.
Packs remain valid for 12 months. The monthly plan allowance is used first. There is no automatic renewal unless you enable it.
If the allowance runs out, HEINI slows gently and prioritises approval-bound work. He does not lock you out.
