What merchants ask first.
Do I need Akeneo or a separate PIM?
No. A full enterprise PIM is included with HEINI. If you use Akeneo, you keep it — HEINI reads the data as a source.
Which shop systems are connected?
Shopware 6 is connected directly; Shopify, WooCommerce and others are in activation.
What exactly is the HeiniBar?
A sales advisor in the browser: it advises the customer on the product page, configures and presents the quote — you approve.
Where is the data?
Operational data on Hetzner servers in Falkenstein, Germany — single-tenant. For AI inference on the SaaS platform, EU sub-processors with US parent companies may apply per the DPA; the marketing website (Umami) has no third-country transfer in normal operation.
