Is HEINI a collection of separate agents?
No. Specialised colleagues work on one shared, controlled case. Company memory, consistency, routing, approvals and records keep the work together.
What does HEINI learn?
Confirmed corrections and working practices can be adopted as company knowledge under control. Customer data is not used to train third-party models.
Does my ERP have to be replaced?
No. HEINI can connect existing systems. For a new core, HEINI ERP from October 2026 or Odoo are options within the agreed scope.
