Open-source licences

Bundled frontend components and self-hosted fonts — separate from trademark notices and privacy.

Purpose and scope

This page applies to the static marketing website heini.app (Astro SSG). It lists open-source components and self-hosted fonts included in the frontend build. It does not replace trademark notices for third-party brands (Google, Odoo, …) or the privacy policy for third-party services (e.g. Umami). The interactive SaaS app at prototype.heini.app has its own stack.

Open-source components

The listed components are used under their respective licence terms. Where licences require copyright notices, they are listed here. HEINI claims no ownership of these components.

Fonts (OFL)

Inter Variable and JetBrains Mono are self-hosted via @fontsource. Both fonts are licensed under the SIL Open Font License, Version 1.1. Fonts may not be sold or distributed under their Reserved Font Names; this page fulfils the attribution requirement.

Other third-party software

GSAP is subject to GreenSock’s free Standard Licence (not an open-source licence). Use per gsap.com/standard-license.

Umami Analytics (reach measurement) is not a bundled open-source package but a separately operated service at umami.heini.app — described in Cookies and Privacy.

Liability and currency

Versions and owner information are based on package metadata at build time. Heini Operations UG (haftungsbeschränkt) assumes no warranty for completeness of transitive dependencies.
