HEINI is a digital colleague for the German Mittelstand. Not a tool, not a chatbot — a team of specialist colleagues that handles the back-office groundwork: the inbox across all channels, quotes, receipts, accounting preparation and product data.
Susi, the reception, takes every request, clarifies it and steers the matching specialist colleagues — from sales through accounting to logistics. The human decides: HEINI prepares and puts up for approval, nothing important runs without an explicit OK.
Data stays in Germany. HEINI runs single-tenant in a German data centre (Hetzner Falkenstein), with its own encryption per account. Every action goes into an audit-proof log — with time, reason and approval, traceable for the auditor even years later.
HEINI brings functions the Mittelstand otherwise licenses as several separate systems: product data (PIM), variant configurator, bills of material, DATEV accounting, warehouse, CRM, the digital product passport under EU regulation (mandatory from 2027) and the HeiniBar — a sales advisor right in the online shop. The underlying technology is proprietary; patent applications are filed with the DPMA (status: pending).
