Trademark

HEINI® is a registered trademark (DE 30 2026 214 789) of HEINI IP GmbH. Heini Operations UG (haftungsbeschränkt) uses the mark under licence. heini.app is operated by Heini Operations UG.

Corporate structure and partner status

HEINI IP GmbH is the owner of the HEINI® mark and an Odoo Ready Partner of Odoo S.A. The partner agreement is with HEINI IP GmbH, not Heini Operations UG. Heini Operations UG operates the heini.app SaaS platform and is the contracting party for customers. Full trademark notices: /en/legal/trademarks/.

AI notice (AI Act Art. 50)

heini.app contains AI components at an experimental stage (BETA). When visiting the website and interacting with the AI colleague, a recognisable notice of the AI nature is given from 2 August 2026. Details are governed by the Terms v2.1 (§§ 4, 6) and the AI Usage Terms — BETA (Annex C).

Data location

Data is processed in Germany (Hetzner data centre Falkenstein/FSN1), in an isolated stack per customer. Details in the privacy policy and the DPA.

Dispute resolution

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 VSBG). Consumers are excluded as customers under § 1.2 of the Terms.
