Questions before connecting

Do we have to replace our ERP?

No. HEINI connects to existing systems. For a new core, HEINI ERP from October 2026 and Odoo are options; migration and scope are agreed beforehand.

Is the coffee-break setup guaranteed?

It is the target for a standard connection with accessible sources. Legacy interfaces, data quality and custom adapters are assessed before a binding schedule is promised.

What happens to conflicting product records?

HEINI groups likely matches, shows provenance and sends uncertain records to your review. Nothing is silently overwritten.
