“Tell me briefly what you do.” — and 30 seconds later the appointment is set.

Mr Vogt only wanted to look around. He types in the bar on the homepage: “We trade in sanitary supplies, three sites.”

Susi answers straight away — not with a brochure, but with a question that shows she listened: “Got it — wholesale with several warehouses. Usually the inbox is full and every customer has different prices. Is that you?”

Mr Vogt pauses. That is exactly his issue. They talk for two or three sentences. Susi asks sector-specific follow-ups, summarises what HEINI would take on for him — and then says the line that sticks: “Best I show you this on your real data. Thursday 10:00 or would 14:00 suit you better?”

No form. No “we’ll get back to you”. Mr Vogt picks 14:00. Susi confirms, puts the slot in the calendar — and a few minutes later the confirmation is in his inbox, friendly, with everything he needs to know.

He only wanted to look. Now he has felt for the first time what “a colleague who thinks along” means — before he is even a customer.

Susi understands your sector, books the meeting herself and sends the follow-up mail — live on heini.app.
