HEINI · Your industry. Your workflow.

Your customer asks. HEINI finds the right fit.

From need to the right specification: HEINI helps with selection, comparison and configuration in a supported shop. Your customer reviews the quote or orders through the existing checkout.

Your existing shop stays. We agree which tasks HEINI takes on and where your customer decides.

HEINI in your shop

Your customer asks. HEINI moves the purchase forward.

From a described need to the right configuration. To a quote or the existing cart. With a clear next step for your customer and back office.

Available steps depend on the shop, setup and verified connection. Illustrative conversations: nothing is requested, ordered or paid for here. HEINI is AI. SUSI is your point of contact within it.

  1. Your customer

    Start with the need.

Your customer describes the job. HEINI brings together relevant product information and the questions still open.

    Customer

“I need a barrier for our entrance.”

  2. HEINI in your shop

Find the fit. See the difference.

HEINI helps with selection. Where comparison is supported, suitable products and their differences appear together.

    HEINI

“These two options fit. Here is the difference.”

  3. Product and specification

Configure a valid product. Include the parts.

Allowed options, dimensions and dependencies define the configuration. HEINI prepares the parts requirement where the product is set up for it.

    HEINI

“This configuration also needs the matching fixings.”

  4. Quote or cart

    The right next step.

A special requirement leads to a quote request or a draft for review. Suitable standard products can enter the existing shop cart through the supported connection.

    Customer

“I would like a quote for this configuration.”

  5. Your customer decides

    Review. Then order.

Your customer checks the specification, price and delivery details. Purchases finish in the existing shop checkout. A quote request alone is not an order.

    Customer

“I will check the details before placing the order.”

  6. Your back office

The order moves on. The facts stay with it.

Within the agreed connection, the product specification, quantities and customer request reach the next responsible team. Open questions remain visible before further work is approved.

    HEINI

“The selected specification stays with the order. The delivery date still needs checking.”

In the shop: an easier path to the right product.

Your customer gets help choosing and a clear next step. The purchase decision and order stay with them.

In the back office: continue with the same case.

Your team reviews open questions before promises and further steps are approved. HEINI proposes. You approve. Nothing important happens without your say-so.

What is available for my shop?

The platform alone does not define the scope. Product data, activated extensions and the verified handoff are agreed before use. An existing connection is not proof of a fully working purchase journey.

FAQ

Questions before the next step.

What does HEINI do in a shop?

HEINI helps customers select, compare and configure products that have been set up for it. Depending on the supported shop, the next step is a quote request or the existing cart. The customer reviews and orders in the existing checkout.

Does every shop support the same workflow?

No. Shopware 6 has the broadest existing profile. Shopware 5, Shopify and Odoo have their own limits. In the scope described here, WooCommerce and Magento receive search and content improvements. We agree the available workflow for your shop.

Do I have to replace my PIM or shop?

Replacement is not a prerequisite. We review which existing product sources and shop functions you keep and which work HEINI should handle. Scope, costs and data transfer are agreed on a concrete case.
